OWRB SEMINAR AND WELL PLUGGING/DECOMMISSIONING DEMONSTRATION OCT 3, 2006 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. At USDA Service Center and Scott Arthaud Farm If you are interested in reducing contamination opportunities to the Ogallala or want to find out more about your water rights, plugging, or decommissioning, plan to attend a seminar and demonstration on October 3, 2006 , 8:30 a.m. at the USDA Service Center , Suite C., Boise City , OK . The event is co-sponsored by the Oklahoma Water Resources Board, Cimarron County Conservation District, Natural Resources Conservation Service. Kent Wilkins, OWRB will present information covering: water rights, proper capping and/or decommissioning. Following the seminar the group will proceed to the N/2NE/4 33-3-7 to view the decommissioning of an irrigation well. Plan to attend one or both of the events.
