Rosas passes on preliminary by C.F. David Creig Rittenhouse, attorney for Eric Rosas struck a deal with Asst. D.A. Megan Kennedy on Monday. Rosas, charged with Felony attempted rape, indecent exposure and public intoxication, agreed to forgo a preliminary hearing on Monday, with Kennedy agreeing to drop the charge of indecent exposure. The charges stem from a May 7 incident that occurred in West Central Boise City . Rosas will be arraigned on Aug. 17. Boise City News |
