Local Student Graduates from OCU Oklahoma City- Local student Luke Elms of Boise City recently graduated, Summa Cum Laude, from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Commencement ceremonies were held May 6, 2006 at the Freede Center on the campus of Oklahoma City University .
