Eslinger squeaks by Blackburn Yarbrough voters reject Tech School by C.F. David Ernest Eslinger, Republican candidate for Cimarron County commissioner District 3, squeaked by District 3 employee and Republican Candidate Mark Blackburn 49-43 on Tuesday. Eslinger will now face incumbent Bill Percifield in November. The two last faced off for the job four years ago when Percifield defeated Eslinger to fill the spot vacated when Susie Williams retired. Eslinger's platform is economic development.
