Sechler reunion hosted
The Sechler cousins gathered on Saturday, June 18, at the Senior Center in Boise City.
Deanna Francis and aunt Dorothy Sechler decorated with balloons, flowers and a picture board of the great-grandfather, grandfather and father, mother, brothers and sisters.
The honored guest was Aunt Doris Gibson, the only blood relative of the previous generation.
C&C Creations catered the occasion with a roast beef dinner and a delicious snack tray that evening.
There were many pictures taken and viewed, visiting and cousins getting acquainted.
Some toured the Black Mesa area and the local cemetery where many relatives are buried.
Those in attendance were: Keith Sechler, from California; Marilyn Farago, South Carolina; Vern and Holly Goering, Kansas; Sheri Brenner, Tulsa; Leon and Doris Gibson and Patrica Garcia, Amarillo, Texas; James and Linda King, Whitney, Texas; Amy Herrera, Lubbock, Texas; Lisa Wilson and Don Sechler, Canyon, Texas; Paige Erickson, George and Rozella Nall and Dorothy Sechler of Boise City and Deanna Francis, of Felt.
“God bless all and may we meet again,” Aunt Dorothy Sechler.
