Ralph Warren takes reins as hospital board chairman by C.F. David Frank Lynch, has resigned as chairman of the Cimarron Memorial Hospital Board, and has been replaced by Ralph Warren. “I had to resign because of health reasons. I missed two of the last three meetings,” Lynch said. Lynch's wife Micki is battling cancer, and Lynch himself is undergoing physical therapy after surgery. “I felt with the talent we have in Ralph Warren, I should step aside,” Lynch added. “I think it's [the board's oversite of the hospital] is going to be better because of Ralph's capabilites,” Lynch said.
