I have returned. I am back from three days in Oklahoma City . You probably didn't know I was gone but you noticed the town was a whole lot quieter!! Back to the point, we, being my mom, my dad, and I went to O.K.C for my dad's convention which this year his district organized and hosted.

It was a fun and game night We kids got to go to this awesome room and play. The room was small but we made it work and we had the coolest babysitters. First we watched a movie and then we bugged them enough-that they took us to the pool.

There was this girl at the pool who looked like Avril Lavigne so I gave her my friend's cell phone number and had her text message her picture. Yes, I know I am weird.

Then we went back to the room for the rest of the evening. We played cards, ate and listened to music until our parents came to get us around midnight

The next morning we headed out to come back home. We stopped at Groom, Texas to see the really big cross. For an update, they finished all of the stations on the crucifixion and have started on the last supper. They get a new statue every nine months or so. They have two now so it should take them about seven years to complete it We have been stopping every time we go by there for several years and are really amazed at all of the changes through out all the years. If you ever get a chance to travel east on 1-40 be sure and stop at Groom at the big cross.
