Court appearances by C.F. David Tommy Swisher, under arrest on a charge of assault and battery, and on probation for DUI, appeared for a status hearing. He was released on a personal recognizance bond with the provision he receive alcohol abuse counseling. Jim and Karen Morris, along with Stanley Alexander appeared on charges of obtaining property under false pretenses, and Jim Morris on charges of possession of a dangerous substance. The felony charges were reduced to misdemenor, and Morris plead to the possession charge. They were paroled after paying fines, with time served. Boise City News |
