Cimarron Memorial hires CFO, Nurse Practicioner
Joe Garoutte is in his third day at work at Cimarron Memorial as the newly appointed Chief Financial Officer.
A native of the Ft. Cobb area, he has lived in the area since January; his father pastors the Felt Baptist Church.
As a certified computer specialist, Garoutte will also use those skills to upgrade and tweak, an overworked computer system.
Garoutte has an Associate's Degreein Accounting fromTrinity, an On-line University.
His qualifications and training as a computer specialist comes from the International Correspondence Schools.
Garoutte, 30, is a veteran of the Air Force, having served on the Japanese Island of Okinawa during Desert Storm.
I'm here to help them out; get them on their feet. I hope to be able to find any problems we have and to bring the computers up-to-date.”
“This is my third day here, I'm just getting my feet in,” Garoutte added. “In a few weeks, I should know what's going on.
“I look to God, it's how I got this job. I was praying about it, and learned later that others here were as well.” I'd really like to see people in church,” he said.
Lynda Bieber has been a nurse since 1965 and a Nursing practioner since 2000.
She trained at Walla Walla, Wash. and got her Practioner's Degrees at Vanderbilt and St. Mary's.
She is married to Leroy, a Radiologist and Para-Medic who will soon join her at Cimarron Memorial after he finishes business in Montana.
“We have children who live in Houston, we wanted to be closer, Bieber laughed.
Bieber said it has been wonderful to work with the residents of Cimarron Memorial Nursing Home.
