The investigation by Cimarron County Undersheriff Matt Langston, into the accusations of physical contact and cursing of a Keyes student by a school caretaker will have been completed by April 26.
On Monday, April 25, Langston told The Boise City News , that he had completed interviews with four adults, and two juveniles, (including the child in question), and that on Tuesday, (April 26), he would interview the caretaker.
Langston said the case would then be turned over to the District Attorney's office for possible filing of charges.
Langston still refuses to release the caretakers name, but did say the investigation had broadened to two other incidents; one at Keyes, and another at a school in Eastern Oklahoma.
