PTCI purchases Cebridge Cable

PTCI has purchased the Cebridge cable television facilities in Beaver, Boise City, Forgan, Hardesty, Hooker, and Laverne in the Oklahoma Panhandle, plus Booker, Darrouzett, Follett, and Spearman in the Texas Panhandle.

“PTCI looks forward to providing video service options in these communities,” stated Ron Strecker, CEO of PTCI.  “We anticipate a seamless, customer-friendly transition, and we look forward to building on our proven strategy of great customer service. Additionally, we do not foresee a rate increase at this time.”

PTCI mailed letters to all cable television customers affected by this acquisition. The letter explained some necessary changes in billing and payment procedures. “It is our goal to make sure our new cable customers are aware of how this transaction will affect them” said Strecker. “If you have any questions or comments, please contact us by calling 1-800-562-2556, or stop by one of our many offices. You're always welcome.”

Cable television customers will be able to make their payments at any of PTCI's Oklahoma office locations in Beaver, Boise City, Guymon, and Laverne. PTCI also has an office in Perryton and, effective March 1, has opened a new office in Spearman. Night drop boxes are available for customer convenience after business hours.
