Keyes Council OKs new police vehicle, discusses salaries

Town council members present at the Jan. 6, 2005 Keyes City Council were: Mayor Chris Townsley, Laura Ingram and Curtis Cayton.

City Policeman, Larry Taylor asked for permission to try to obtain 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe from the District Attorney for use as Keyes Police vehicle. The council approved possibility of obtaining this car.

The council went into executive session to discuss salary and benefits of all City employees. The council returned from executive session and no action was taken on salary or benefits.

Minutes of the meeting of December 10, 2004 were read and approved by the Council.

One fire run was made by the Keyes Fire Department during the past month.

Two ambulance runs were made by the EMS.

Town Council approved of all Purchase Orders and Checks, and Budget Amendment #04/05-10.

In the Utility Meeting the Town Council approved a credit of $23.48 to account #65.
