Treasurer alerts county taxpayers The 2004 tax statements will be mailed this week. There will be $2,490,167.50 to be collected. You may pay the entire amount before Jan. 1, 2005, or one-half before Jan. 1 and the rest before April 1, 2005. Due to the county's financial condition, receipts will not be mailed back to those paying by mail, unless a self-addressed stamped envelope is included with your payment; or you may stop at the treasurer's office.
