City appoints new judge
The Boise City Council appointed retired OHP Trooper Cliff White as Municipal Judge on Monday night.White will fill the un-expired term of former Judge Jay Newton who moved from Boise City to Israel . Newton 's term was due to expire in May, 2007. The council and works authority board made quick work of small agendas. The PWA approved an amendment to the farm land lease of Jerry Turner, and a payment of $13,275.60 for repairs to well numbers 11 and 12. Boise City News |
